Extended Permissions contact_email?

App is coming back with an extended permission granted as "contact_email". Have no idea what this is - its non-existent on the facebook wiki.
This permission is causing problems with the FieldNameAttribute.FieldsToValues<T> / FieldNameAttribute.FieldToName<T> methods. Enum.Parse fails because the value does not exist. I've created a temporary fix for this by having FieldToName return empty and filtered it out prior to calling Enum.Parse. I'll attach the patch for consideration.

I'll add it to the ExtendedPermissions enum.

It has been added. By the way, I had something similar happen with a "auto_publish_recent_activity" extended permission. I still have no idea what it is... but I've added both of these off permissions to the ExtendedPermissions enum so that things don't break when the API comes back with them.

Additionally, I use the [Permission] attribute to specify whether or not they are requestable permissions so the authorization stuff I have in the MVC bits knows not to try and request them.
